I’m Parikshit Shah, a bootstrapped agency founder based in Navi Mumbai, India. I have been running a digital marketing agencies since 2018, for clients in finance, politics, automobiles and entertainment.

I was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a rare genetic condition that makes bones brittle. I’ve had more fractures than most people have birthdays. Mostly what it changed is how I think about risk, patience, and what is worth waiting for.

I write about business, entrepreneurship, books, sociopolitical matters, and the examined life.

Writing as…

A Founder. I build and run the agency. No investors, no office, seven people working remotely. Independence is a constraint before it’s a virtue, and it changes what you can afford to think about.

A Writer and observer. The place I return to without being asked. Watching people, culture, politics and ordinary life, and arguing with what I find.

A Strategist. Growth, marketing, team building. Mostly the same work underneath, which is why I keep writing about it.

An OI Survivor: Living with a disability made me notice how much is built for a default body, and what that assumption costs. An infrastructure argument, not a charity case.

Life at a Glance:

2024: Founded Pluralis Digital, working directly with brands across India.
2018: Co-founded Eerlik Media, a digital marketing venture built on white-label work.
2017: Completed my MA in Economics, while freelancing in social media management, reputation work and campaigns for political and entertainment profiles.
2011: Started ghostwriting political content for digital news platforms, and writing for authors and opinion publications.
